NBA lockout or not, Stephen A. Smith released some information about the Bulls during an appearance on WMVP-AM 1000 on Thursday.



According to Smith, Pistons guard Tracy McGrady will sign with the Bulls after the lockout.



McGrady has a familiarity with Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau from his days playing for the Houston Rockets where Thibodeau was an assistant to coach Jeff Van Gundy.

The Bulls are well aware that McGrady has had an injury-riddled history. He has had knee problems it the past, including micro-fracture knee surgery and McGrady will be 33 in May. Maybe it is time for his go-to guy title to be put to rest.

Despite expressing his desire to join the Bulls last off-season, the Bulls passed and elected to sign Keith Bogans instead.
